When your merchant account is approved you will receive two PIN Numbers that looks something like this,
2FE000233651839, or U98DX27L. Whichever it is, you are in the right place to start the redemption process. You
will receive an individual PIN number for both Gas and Groceries.
You will be given instructions on your approval email on how to register your PIN numbers.
Once you have registered your PIN numbers, they will issue the redemption vouchers with your name, the
activation number and the month and year that the voucher needs to be sent in to us.
Then, on the first day of the very next month, you start saving your gas receipts when you fill up. Once you have at
LEAST $100 in receipts from your choice of brand, you will mail those receipts along with that month's redemption
voucher to Free Fuel Center and Free Grocery Center. Remember... they are not asking you to do ANYTHING out of
the ordinary. There is no membership to buy, no need to buy anything EXTRA... just simply continue buying the
fuel and groceries you normally buy.
When they receive your voucher and original receipts, they will process them and issue a $25.00 fuel gift card and a
$25 grocery gift card for the same brand of fuel and same grocery store you selected for the redemption period.
You will receive these cards for 20 months, for a total of $500 in FREE Gas and $500 in FREE Groceries as long as
you send in your receipts with the voucher every month.
When you receive your fuel and grocery gift cards you can use it at any fuel station or grocery store that accepts
that brand of fuel and grocery gift card.

1. What happens if I don't spend $100 on gas or groceries during a calendar month?
Then you would not be issued your $25 gift card for that month. The underwriters of the program require that we submit all gas receipts each calendar month and therefore you cannot combine 2 months of receipts to submit them as one. You must spend $100 on gas per month.
2. Can I change the brand of gas or groceries I choose after I register?
Because these programs are designed as a loyalty programs. It's just like you choosing a grocery store because
their customer loyalty cards give you great discounts. Choosing one specific brand for the redemption period will allow us to provide you with that brand of gas and grocery cards at no additional cost. For that reason, you cannot change the brand of Gas or Groceries during the 20 month period.
3. What happens if the brand of fuel or groceries I want to use is NOT on your list of cards?
Then simply choose "Other" and type the brand in the box below that question. We will contact that company to see if they issue gift cards. If not, no need to worry. You can still participate in the program. We will just issue you a $25 Visa gift card instead.
4. Do I have to use the gift card to get gas or groceries?
No. You may use the gas or grocery card for anything that the station or grocery store allows you to purchase with their card.
5. Can the $100 worth of receipts include other things I buy at the store besides gas or groceries?
No. This is a brand loyalty program for gas and therefore the receipts you submit must be for $100 worth of gas and groceries, not other things.
6. Can I buy more gas certificates directly from you?

Yes
8. Do the receipts have to be mailed in by a certain date? Before the end of the month, or before the end of the next month?
The receipts need to be postmark before the end of the month the voucher is for.
9. What if I have more than $100 per month? Lets say I use $300 per month - will I get $75 gift cards or just $25?
No. We can only issue ONE gas card and ONE grocery card for $25 per household during the same redemption period.
10. Where do I mail my vouchers and receipts?
The vouchers will have the address to mail the receipts to printed on them.
11. Can I fill up two cars?
The only restriction is that our certificates are limited to one per household at a time.
12. Can I fill up two cars in one day?
You cannot have multiple receipts dated for the same day. One receipt totaling $100 or more is acceptable.
13. When do I have to register my certificates?
You should register your certificates as soon as you can because you cannot collect gas receipts until the following month. If you wait until October to register then you will not be able to collect receipts until November.
